    Have gone here twice in the past week to get an item that's on sale. First time, they were sold out and was told they'd get more on the Monday. Returned yesterday (Monday) and the shelf was empty. Asked a rep and she noticed it was supposed to be at another aisle. Item was still not on the floor, yet their system said there were 6 in stock. 2 reps tried to look but basically gave up. Another customer too, was looking for an item and got the same service (or lack of). Turns out that the item I needed were still in the back but couldn't be located. Fair enough. The customer service rep was helpful in getting all this info and told me to call the next day and said I can put one on hold. Called just now and (another) rep said they found them and will put them on the floor. With my schedule, and also as per the customer service rep, I asked to put on hold. This rep first refused to put the hold but when I said their colleague said I could, she just said "OK I'll put one out for you" with an irritable tone and just hung up. Management needs to keep their employees in check and make sure they're fully stocked AND have items in the right spots. Especially if your staff aren't willing to help you as much. Thankfully, the customer service representative did.
